A bit about me
I got my training in Web Development at Lambda School, now known as BloomTech, where I graduated from the Full Stack & Computer Science track in November 2020. Since then, I've practiced problem-solving skills via Leetcode and teamwork/communication via Chingu hackathons. Recently, I landed an Apprenticeship opportunity with Microsoft, where I was part of a team that works on a cloud service called Azure Service Fabric. Since then, I've converted to full-time at Microsoft as a Software Engineer.

My Story
My professional career started after I dropped out of college. I wasn't sure what I wanted, so I kept searching for a job I could be passionate about, similar to the military.

One day, I ran into an ad on Instagram. I stopped endlessly scrolling because the ad's caption got my attention. It said, 'An online coding school that invest in YOU.' So I clicked... and once I was convinced... I talked it over with my brother. That weekend, we signed up for Lambda. (Photo: Moyo)
After many months of learning, my brother and I have gained hands-on experience with topics like responsive design, single-page web applications, advanced state management, and computer science.

Reflecting on how much we have grown in the last year, I am glad to say that I am thrilled with my career choice. My next objective is to break into the industry as a Software Engineer. (Photo: Working on Portfolio v1)
I got the job! Let's goooooo! It took me a little over 1 year, 600+ applications, to get 8 interviews, made it to 2 final interviews, got rejected at Dropbox and got accepted at Microsoft.
